“Katie’s hypnotherapy has helped me tremendously. I suffer from being very anxious throughout the day, trouble sleeping, low self esteem and always wanting to be a people pleaser, before looking after myself.

I was prescribed an antidepressant, that was the only thing that helped me sleep, but made me zombie like in the day. I stopped taking them and started having therapy sessions with Katie.
